This play about Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton and the suffrage movement in the United States is a moving portrayal of struggles, successes and failures. Thoroughly researched, the play takes these women from the pages of history and makes them living crusaders for women's issues. From their decision to be the first women in bloomers to their invasion of male bastions to cast illegal ballots, as they are shot at and driven from cities, audiences hear their message to all women throughout the ages "Failure is impossible."
